Purpose of the 21st Century Community Learning Center

• Provide opportunities for academic enrichment to help students meet state and local performance standards in the core academic areas of math and reading.

• Offer students a broad variety of enrichment activities designed to reinforce and complement the regular academic program such as art, music, technology, drug and violence prevention, fitness, character education and other activities.

• Offer families of students served by the program opportunities for literacy development including GED preparation and testing.
